5 minute rest then
With a 2 minute clock, athlete will run a 400 M Sprint. With remaining time on the clock athlete will rest. You will continue until you are not able to perform a 400 M sprint in under 2 minutes.
**Don’t GET YOUR PANTIES IN A TWIST if you cant run a 400 in under 2 minutes. Just like everything else, we will have an intermediate and beginner level**
