This is a sprint. 30 reps all out. 3,2,1 go……..

4-five minute Rounds for total reps:
-400 M run
-5 Double Unders
-5 Sit-ups
-10 Double Unders
-10 Sit-ups
-15 Double Unders
-15 Sit-ups
-etc…..
-1 minute rest
*Each round will be 5 minutes long consisting of 4 minutes of work (one 400 M sprint, Double Unders, and Sit-ups) and 1 minute of rest*
