Congrats to Jeremy Hohle (1st), Kyle Spezia (2nd), and Ben Domingue (3rd) all from Ragin’ CrossFit who competed in the Memorial Day Murph yesterday while wearing a 20 lb vest.  Also, Taywanee Edmonds out of Ragin’ CrossFit placed 3rd in the girls Rx’d division.

Free Introduction Session
