**If form is not perfect DO NOT go up in weight….actually GO DOWN**

-5 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
-30 Double Unders
On June 9, 2012, members and friends of Ragin’ CrossFit will get together to complete a workout dedicated to those children fighting for their lives. ALL of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to St. Jude’s Hospital. These children need us, and the Ragin’ CrossFit community is more than able to help raise money and raise HOPE!!
