-500 M Row or 400 M Run
-25 Sit-ups (GHD or Abmat)
*Athlete will have the choice to Row or run, and do GHD or Abmat Situps*
*Remember that 100 GHD sit-ups is ALOT!!!  So if you arent used to doing them stick to the ABmat*
Big shout out to our ladies class ran by Kendal and Lindsay.  It takes place every Saturday and is growing each week.  Remember that this Saturday the class will be at 12:30 and we will be holding a self defense/kick boxing class taught by Aaron Phillips.  Charge is $5 per person and we will be donating the money to The Faith House of Acadiana (a shelter for women and children victims of domestic abuse).  Aaron is an awesome guy and a great fighter (I’d probably pay 5 bucks just to meet him if I didnt already know him).   The class is open to ANYONE whether you are a member or not.  So bring a friend, sister, mom, grandma, cousin, etc……..Hope to see everyone there!!!

Free Introduction Session
