Whitney Mahler.  While warming up she tried 75lbs over and over and could not get a rep.  Once she got to 75 lbs. during the workout she tried once and failed.  She listened to her coach, focused, and ended up with 3 reps.  A few days later she was convinced to try it again and ended up with 9 reps.  This is what CrossFit is really about.  Thanks Whitney for setting a great example of what Ragin CrossFit is truly about!!
