Starting Saturday September 8th William Faulk will be hosting an Olympic Weightlifting class at the gym. The lifts that will be covered in this class will be the Clean, the Snatch, and the Jerk. Along with learning how to execute these lifts properly, you will also learn specific mobility to help prepare for the movements and also learn other exercises that will help improve these lifts. After the 8th there will be a class every Saturday for the rest of September. The classes will be at 12 o’clock except for weekends when UL is playing home then the class will be moved to 8 A.M. The cost for all 4 classes will be $80.00 but if you just want to attend one or two classes you can pay $25 per class. Space will be limited for the sessions and if you would like to participate you can sign up at the gym and the money will be due by next Wednesday. Free Introduction Session
An introduction session consists of an explanation on what CrossFit is about followed by a short workout. Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm. Call us or come by the gym to schedule yours today.
