ATTENTION: UPCOMING EVENTS @ Ragin CrossFit

– Coach Dales FREE nutrition class this Saturday May 4th at 12:30 pm. 
- Coach Wills 3 session Oly Lifting class will begin this Saturday at 8:00 am.  Please sign your name on the board at the gym if you are going to attend either one.
- Ladies class this Sunday May 5 @ Noon.  Ladies class will be the first Sunday of each month unless otherwise stated.

Efficient Rowing

Metabolic Conditioning:
Partner 5K
*Partner (A) will row a 250 M sprint all out while partner (B) does 5 sit-ups, 5 air squats, then rests.  Once partner (A) is done, partner (B) will row a 250 M Sprint while partner (A) does 5 sit-ups and 5 air squats.  This will continue until 5,000 M is reached*

Dont forget this Sunday we have a benefit WOD for Gordys dad “Jimmy”.  All proceeds will go to his mom to help with funeral costs and medical bills.  Jimmy passed away of Cancer.  This will take place from 7am-noon.  Then at 12:30 we will be shooting video for the Harlem Shake.  Bring what ever wacky costume, dance moves, props, etc…..What is the Harlem shake?  Here are a few videos to give you an idea on what to wear or do.  EVERYONE is invited!!

Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Molly and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.
