*Gym will be opened regular hours this Saturday, 10am – Noon. There will be a group of us going to CrossFit Alexandria on Saturday to do WoD 12.4. It will be a great time and great competitive atmosphere. I recommend anyone that can make it to come and check it out even if you don’t plan on doing the WoD. There will be a few other CrossFit gyms going as well. We will be leaving at 9:30, no later than 10am. If you are doing the Susan G Komen and are planning on coming with the group please try to be ready for 9:30*

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
