Do not forget about the wonderful childcare service Ragin’ CrossFit provides to athlete moms ;) !!!!! Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 & 5:30!!!! attendence has been scarce at 4:30! Bring your kids so we can keep this service available!!!!!

Starting Tuesday we will be offering Day Care every Tuesday and Thursday during the 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes.  Cost will be $5 per child per class.  Child must be at least 1 year of age.  For any questions or concerns, please contact Lindsay Bower @ 504-912-4342.  We are hoping that this will make it a little easier on our Moms and Dads to come and get a good workout in!!
