Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

*For anyone that has never snatched or still having trouble with form you will be doing the following wod:
6 rounds for time:
-5 snatch grip deadlifts (135/95)
-15 Air Squats
King Kong type stuff right here!!

For max load:
Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3
(10 minute time cap)
-Then-
With a 7 minute timer:
-1 DB Snatch (50/30)
-1 DB Goblet Squat (50/30)
-1 Lateral Jump over DB
-2 DB Snatch (50/30)
-2 DB Goblet Squat (50/30)
-2 Lateral Jumps over DB
etc…… Continue working yourself up the ladder until the 7 minutes is up

-30 Snatch (75 /45 lbs)
-30 Snatch (135 /75 lbs)
-30 Snatch (165 /100 lbs)
-Max Rep Snatch (210 /120 lbs)
Then
21-15-9 Reps for time:
-Box Jumps (30″/24″)
-Double Unders
*Second part of the WoD is optional if time permits*
One of the key elements of the snatch is the JUMP & LAND!!!

-15 Snatches (75/55)
We will be doing this warm-up tomorrow. This is a great way not only to get the shoulders warmed up, but also work on form. We recommend doing this before every WoD.
