My name is Kyle Spezia and in 2009 I began CrossFit and haven’t looked back since.  CrossFit has taught me a lot, introduced me to so many great people, and has been a wonderful blessing to my life.  I have been involved in football, baseball, basketball, and inline hockey for 15+years.

I am 23 years old and from Conroe, Texas.  I attended Sam Houston State University for my undergrad.  I am now currently enrolled in the Masters of Geology program at University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  I would like to thank my parents Mark and Gina for the support that they have given me over the years.  I would not be where I am today if it were not for them.

Free Introduction Session

An introduction session consists of an explanation on what CrossFit is about followed by a short workout. Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm. Call us or come by the gym to schedule yours today.
