Adrienne tried CrossFit in 2012 after growing tired of fad diets and fitness programs and finding that something was still missing. She found that “something” in the community of CrossFit and challenge of the workouts. She has completed course work in sports and exercise nutrition and enjoys watching friends and family members hit new milestones through a healthy diet paired with CrossFit.
CrossFit completely shifted my self-image so that I no longer wanted to be skinny, I wanted to be strong. I've learned so much from my coaches as well as other members of this community and they are the people who inspire me everyday to reach new goals to pass along what has helped me in this journey.
