FLYFIT™️ was founded by Jeremy Hohle and Chris Gass. Their vision was to create a brand and program that focused more on overall cardiovascular endurance while creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. They accomplished this by replacing complexities with simplicities.
FLYFIT™️ is a cardiovascular-based program that will focus on fat burning, building speed and stamina, and overall respiratory endurance. The FLYFIT™️ program is simple, but challenging. Every session is strategically planned to keep everyone in the class engaged and in motion. FLYFIT™️ uses the Concept 2 Rower, Bike Erg, Ski Erg, Assault Runner, as well as the torpedo weights! The program also consist of body weight movements along with some Kettlebell and Dumbell work.
