About our Ragin Fit Class
Our coaches will take you through a 60 min class that will consist of a warm up, workout, and cool down, all while getting visual cues helping you to learn how to perform movements safely and efficiently.
At Ragin FItness Co. getting started is easy...Book a FLYFIT CLASS through our Mindbody App or give us a call to set up your 1 on 1 Basics Sessions. In order to participate in our Ragin Fit Program, you must complete a minimum of 20 FLYFIT classes or complete our Basics program.

Whether you’re new to working out, or an elite athlete striving to take your training to the next level, our Basics program is required for all new members and stands to further your understanding of our training methodologies here at Ragin Fitness Co.
Here at Ragin Fitness Co., our wonderful community ranges from high school students, all the way to grand parents, and the workouts are modified to each individuals skill level.
