Thursday In teams of 3: BUY IN: -Each person bikes or rows 15 calories all out 4 rounds: -4 rope climbs -40 lunges w/KB (53/35) (L+R=2) -400 ft. suitcase carry (Middle door to road and back) BUY OUT: -Each person bikes or rows 15 calories all out *One person works, one person rests, and one person...... (If your coach feels that you are not going 100% all out on rower or bike, they will have you do an extra 15 calories or go until you are giving 100% all out effort)

Don't forget next week is Thanksgiving and here are our hours of operation: Wednesday: There will be no 6:30 class Thursday: CLOSED for THANKSGIVING Friday: 8am class ONLY
