Couch to CrossFit 2016
The 4-week couch to CrossFit program is composed of 4 Saturday sessions starting January 9th at 9am, weekly tips, at home workouts, and tasks.
Each session includes a group dynamic warm-up, brief skills session to introduce movement concepts and exercises, metabolic conditioning, and basic mobility.
Upon completion of the physical aspect of the program, we will take some time to distribute and introduce the weekly assignment, talk about recovery, and give people the opportunity to ask questions.
The homework will include a warm-up and metabolic conditioning to be completed 2-3 times at home (depending on how you are feeling), tips, and a specific actionable task. The tips and actionable tasks are working towards improving your health and ultimately beginning the road to success. The actionable task should be completed and brought back to the next following session.
