E2MOM for 20 min:
-2 wallballs (30/20)
-2 HR push ups
-100 M run
(add 2 wallballs and 2 push ups each round)
*When you are not able to complete round in under 2 min turn into amrap
 

 Congrats to everyone who finished the 2016 CrossFit Open!!!  We are very proud of our gym and community.  Now time to get back to work and look for GAINZ
