Lauren Stone and some of their staff at Precision Rehabilitation will be coming out to do free pain assessments this Saturday during gym hours. 8am-11am. Pain Assessments are a great way to learn about the source of your pain and allow the physical therapist to determine if you can benefit from physical therapy. During a pain assessment, your therapist will complete an assessment of your posture, gait pattern, muscle strength and any other special tests necessary. This will help them to determine what muscle imbalances and/or biomechanical habits may be contributing to your pain. Our goal is for you to leave the pain assessment with a clear and concise understanding of your pain and how physical therapy can help decrease both your pain and the likelihood of it returning.
