Saturday

We will only be running two classes at 7 & 8 am today!!  We encourage EVERYONE to take part in this workout either today or Monday.  We have scaling available to there is no reason to skip!  We do this workout in honor of all of the soliders who died fighting for our country!

"Murph"
For time:
-1 mile run
-100 pullups
-200 pushups
-300 air squats
-1 mile run


"Half Murph"
-800 M run
-50 pullups or jumping pullups
-100 pushups or knee push ups
-150 air squats
-800 M run


Don't forget we are also doing Murph Monday and we will only have one class at 8am!! It isn't mandatory, but we encourage everyone to donate to the Michael Murphy foundation. You will get a cool shirt and the money will go to a great cause!! Follow the link for more info:
