accumulate 5K on rower
While one person works, the other does:

2 Rounds:

-100 double unders (each)
-75 DB push press (50/30)
-50 DB lunges 
-25 strict pullups or ring rows (NO BANDS)


*If workout is finished before row, one person rows and one person rests until 5 K is complete.

  If row is completed before wod, one person works and one rests until wod is complete
