7&8 am classes ONLY today.  

3 person team wod
Amrap in 20 min:
-100 Hang cleans (115/85)
-50 toes to bar
-100 shoulder  2 OH
-50  burpees
-100 Front squats
-50 sit ups
*Bar cannot touch the ground until the last sit up is complete,  If the bar touches the ground, each person must stop and do an additional 20 burpee penalty.   One person working at a time. Must complete one movement before moving on to the next
 

 Be sure to come and work off all of that food you ate yesterday!!!
