Friday "Partner wod" 2 rounds: 2 min stations -KB swings (70/53) (10 each) -box jumps (24/20) (15 each) -Air squats (20 each) -Single unders (25 each) -Plank (30 seconds each) *Partner A must complete their set before Partner B can start theres. Example: I do 10 swings my partner does 10 swings, If I can only do 8, my partner cannot go until I complete the other two.
Congrats to everyone who signed up and gave our November challenge a try!! Jeremy Cormier, Donald Olivier, and Adrienne Richard are our top 3 and only ones to finish all 500 pull-ups and pushups!!! Great job.
