-10 Double Unders
-10 jumping jacks
-1 Rope climb

A little throwback to when the gym was just a baby.  Not even a year old yet.   3 stacks of weights, 4 sets of rings, one pull-up rig, 5 boxes, my office was actually in the Gym.
