1-1-1-1 Shoulder Press
2 rounds as fast as possible:
-30 burpees
-30 sit ups
-300 M run

It is very important to stay for a few minutes after class and complete the cool down.  If you are experiencing back, shoulder, knee, etc. pain, you are probably one of the many who leave as soon as the workout is done.  Take 5 extra minutes to stretch after class, it will save you a lot of aches and pains down the road.
