-1 min sit ups
-1 min DB S2OH (40/30)
-1 min rest

 When Jeff first started at the gym he couldn't hang on the pull up bar for more than 5 seconds.  Now he's knocking out kipping pull-ups like a boss.  Very impressed with this guys work ethic to say the least.  No surgery, no crazy diets, no excuses.....Just healthy eating and regular exercise.  Congrats on all of your success buddy!
