Friday TODAY WE WILL ONLY HAVE MORNING CLASSES. ALL AFTERNOON CLASSES ARE CANCELLED!! A.5x5 weighted pullups B.5x5 weighted Ring dips Done as a super set *Scale will be regular strict pullups/ring dips or jumping pullups with a negative on the way down and jumping ring dips with neg on the way down. THERE WILL BE NO KIPPING TODAY. If athlete cannot do those they will do ring rows and box dips. We will be focusing here on perfect form, not speed. They objective here is to build strength. For time: -50 alt OH lunges (45/35) -100 Double Unders -50 front squats (45/35) -100 Double Unders
