working up to a heavy 5 rep

“Whoop A$$”
5 rounds:
-7 thrusters (75/45)
-7 pullups
-7 burpees

 Almost 9 years ago I did my first CrossFit Workout.  I still have all of my old books and it is very comical to look back at all my old PR's and lingo (Squat press haha).  But I post this so everyone can see that we all start somewhere.  So enjoy the process and have fun.  Yes I threw up after my first CrossFit workout!!
