10 min mobility:
-Foam roll lower back and calves
- Lacrosse ball between anterior delts and pecs
Coach can come up with stretches  as they see fit.  Ask class what is sore

EMOM for 10 min:
5-10  wallballs (20/16)
5-10 ttb

Athlete will complete both movements in one minute. Choose if you do 5,6,7,8,9 or 10 of each movement!  Today.....YOU ARE THE BOSS
