Athletes should choose a weight they can do a set of 25 unbroken with to start. Also, athletes may scaled down to 100 or 75 reps.
Don't forget.....We have a lot going on this weekend!!!! Friday from 4:30-7:30 we have the LULULEMON trunk show. Saturday from 8-11am we have the SUMMER SIZZLE SHOWDOWN in gym competition followed by the Annual Ragin CrossFit Pool Party/Field Day!!!
