1-1-1-1-1 push press

(Heavy Single)

Today we are doing a heavy single at 88% then adding very minimal weight.  This is not a max this is a heavy single

amrap in 8 min:

-8 HSPU (as difficult as possible)

-2 rope climbs

*we will use the wall under the rig for  HSPU today
