Amrap in 20 min:
-500 M row
-25 hang cleans (95/65)
-25 Front squats
-25 shoulder 2 OH

 

Today is about moving the barbell quickly.  If you feel at any point in this workout you will be down to 1-3 reps at a time on any movements you should scale.  Athletes should be able to come close to being able to break these 25 reps up into two sets on the first round!!  If you are not sure what weight to use, as always just ask one of our coaches and they will be able to assist you in choosing the correct weight!
