Static holds
For 10 min move through the following:
:30 OH KB hold on each arm
:15 static hold at top of ring
:15 static hold at bottom of ring
:30 squat hold right at parallel


With a 10 min clock:
50 KB swing buy in (70/53)
w/remaining time amrap:
-10 Goblet squats (53/35)

-10 toes to bar

 

 

Cougar and Steven showing great technique on the KB  Thrusters.  Having two separate weights as opposed to one barbell makes for a difficult movement.  This will engage your core a little more as well as all of the stabilizer muscles in the shoulder!!
