(This does not mean a 1RM.  This means work up to 85%+ with near perfect form!!!)

 

Wod

 

amrap in 7 min:
-3 deadlifts (225/155)

-3 burpees onto a #10 plate

-6
-6
-9,12,15 etc....

 

 This sums up our community at Ragin CrossFit so perfectly.  Just hanging out talking about how we just smashed that wod!!!
