-25 push ups
-25 Air Squats
For this months Challenge we are doing something a little different!!! The main goal of this challenge is to complete each movement on that day whether it is scaled or rx'd. Rx is obviously to perform movement as Rx'd but also to go unbroken. If you can go rxd but not unbroken thats what you will shoot for. You may scale any movement and break any movement up. Lets have some fun!!!
