 The 5K is something we try to do once every 2-3 months.  This is a scalable workout!!  If you don't think you can handle a 5K we will scale it back.  If you are having any type of pain or have an injury that will prevent you from running we can put you on the rower or on the bike!!  DO NOT SKIP today because you don't like to run or you aren't "GOOD" at running.  Remember why we started CrossFit in the first place.....TO CHALLENGE OURSELVES!!  See everyone at the GYM
